In May this year Pakistan Advertisers Society (PAS) exclusively endorsed Measuring OOH Visibility & Exposure (MOVE), a Pakistan-based media marketing and research company, to develop and launch an OOH audience and ratings currency in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
