Uniads Limited, one of the leading outdoor advertising solution providers in the country has recently planned and executed a bus shelter innovation for promoting KFC WOW! Rs. 25 offers. The WOW menu is targeted at a broad set of consumers, with a special focus on college students and young professionals.
The new offering has eight new products within the range of Rs 25-35 and irresistible combos for a value lunch, priced at Rs. 55 and Rs. 69. KFC has come up with massive marketing campaigns utilizing outdoor, radio, digital activation and in-store collateral. Executed in just two days time, it has been strategically placed in premium bus shelters at Mehadipatanam, Nizam College and KPHB in Hyderabad.
The innovation includes a back-lit board communicating KFC price menu and a matching tag line "Great Tastes. Wow Prices.†Fabricated above the board is a GI letter boxes fitted with Neon tubes. Each letter is fixed on a Ms. Frame, which conjointly reads as KFC WOW! Rs. 25 and highlighted during night. Various media parameters taken into considerations for this project are billboards, uni-pole, back-lit bus Q shelters and medians. The innovative execution helped in grabbing the right audience attention and it stands out amidst stiff competitions.
