Central Railway invite bids for displaying advertisements at CSTM
The contract from Central Railway,Mumbai Division, offers a total area of 91,863 sq. ft display space for a duration of three years.
Centre Railway, Mumbai Division, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus-Mumbai invite bids for displaying advertisements through painting on boundary walls. The contract includes the main line section from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus to Kalyan and on the Harbor line section from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus to Mankhurd. The total area of 91,863 sq. ft display space is being offered through this tender. The duration of the contract is three years. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs. 1,83,726. And the reserve price for the first year is Rs.18,37,260. According to the tender, the license fee from the second year onward will bear an annual escalation of 10 percent over the previous year. Duly completed tenders should reach the Sr. divisional commercial manager, Central Railway, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus by April 25, 2013 and the tender will be opened on the same day at 3:30pm.
