‘OOH Expo 2024 is a platform to drive awareness’

Venkatesh Sanjeeva, Director - CEO at Radiant Synage tells Media4Growth why there is a need for a platform like OOH Expo and how the company will be leveraging it to communicate its positioning as a trusted partner in a client’s digital signage journey.

Turnkey digital signage solution provider Radiant Synage will be among the exhibitors participating at the OOH Expo 2024, to be held as part of OOH Advertising Convention (OAC) 2024, which is scheduled to take place at Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Manyata Business Park, Bangalore, during July 26-27.

Speaking about his expectations from OOH Expo and the need for a platform like it, Venkatesh Sanjeeva, Director - CEO at Radiant Synage, told Media4Growth, “Not many have understood what digital signage is all about. The OOH Exo gives us a platform to make potential customers understand the various aspects involved in it – from screen resolution and aspect ratio, to right content, power consumption, heat dissipation, and much more. We essentially want to communicate our role as someone who can be with the clients during their whole digital signage journey and advise them on what will work for them in the long run and how fast they can get their ROI from their digital signage investments.” 

Indeed, the right digital signage solution is a matter of getting all the components right. This means defining requirements and accordingly choosing the right hardware, software, and content, among others, and also making sure all of them come together as a seamless whole. Further sharing his observations in this context, Venkatesh says, “Very often the end result is impacted because of issues like the aspect ratio not being maintained well or wrong timing of content, and these have to be understood well.” 

He sums up, speaking further about the company’s participation at OOH Expo, “We would like it to be more of an educative experience as we believe that awareness creation is the first step, which can later convert into a business opportunity.”
