In a significant leap toward sustainability, Ecosigns, under the visionary leadership of Dipen Mehta, has unveiled a groundbreaking material that is set to transform the way industries approach recyclability and eco-friendliness. This innovative material is the first of its kind, fully recyclable and compatible with all major printing technologies, including eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex machines. The launch marks a milestone in sustainable development, emphasizing the importance of creating products that contribute to a circular economy. Ecosigns’ new material can be used across a wide range of applications, like billboards and dealer boards.

At the heart of this innovation lies its genuine recyclability. Unlike traditional materials that claim to be eco-friendly, this product is designed to ensure zero waste. After use, it can be processed and converted into granules, which can then be used to create new molded products. The material offers unparalleled versatility, being available in a 10.5-foot width and extendable to any size through gluing techniques using readily available adhesives. To further encourage sustainable practices, Ecosigns provides a buy-back service, purchasing the used material from customers and ensuring it is recycled responsibly. Alternatively, users can sell the material to recycling plants across India, receiving a rate of ₹20 to ₹25 per kilogram. This dual approach not only incentivizes recycling but also fosters trust in the product’s eco-friendly credentials.

Dipen Mehta emphasises the importance of understanding what it truly means to be eco-friendly and sustainable. Ecosigns is committed to setting the record straight in an industry often flooded with misleading claims about recyclability. This material, developed and manufactured entirely in India, has already attracted global attention, with other countries expressing interest in adopting similar technologies.

With this launch, Ecosigns positions itself as a genuine provider of sustainable and green materials, offering industries a credible alternative to traditional options. By making sustainability accessible and practical, the company is helping to pave the way for a greener future.

“Our material is not just a product; it’s a promise to the environment. Genuine recyclability means achieving zero waste. We ensure that our materials are truly eco-friendly by designing them to be reused and recycled without harming air, water, or land. This innovation is proudly made in India and sets a benchmark for sustainable practices worldwide. A material can only be called eco-friendly if it doesn’t harm our ecosystem—air, water, and land. Our innovation ensures that the material after use gets recycled, achieving zero waste and meeting the highest standards of sustainability.” says Dipen Mehta.
