Before her current role at Polycab, Shwetal spent three years as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Shoppers Stop. During this time, she led the company’s marketing, advertising, and communication strategies, steering the brand through a transformative period marked by a shift towards digitalization and omnichannel engagement. Shwetal played a pivotal role in enhancing Shoppers Stop’s consumer engagement, with a focus on crafting personalised customer experiences that blended both in-store and digital touchpoints.
