OAA is one of the most respected forums in outdoor advertising, says Jignesh
Jignesh Dawda, Senior Vice President – Marketing, Bandhan Mutual Fund, has joined the distinguished Jury of the Outdoor Advertising Awards (OAA) 2023 contest.
Starting his stint with Bandhan Mutual Fund as Assistant Vice President in July 2013, Jignesh has spent a decade with the organisation driving the marketing strategies and growth. Previously, he had stints at BFSI companies such as Kotak Life Insurance and American Express where he was deeply involved in developing sales strategies, acquisition of new businesses using market analysis and intelligence, while also creating new business avenues through existing relationships.
Speaking on the significance of OAA, Jignesh told Media4Growth: “OAA is one of the most respected forums in outdoor advertising. The Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC) & OAA have been recognising industry work for many years now and are known for their robust selection and strong shortlisting processes. OAA is recognised by agencies and brands and is an important forum to showcase the excellent work done by OOH media groups”.
At this year’s awards, Jignesh hopes to see a lot of ‘path breaking’ work to be showcased – campaigns that make extensive use of technology, DOOH, and integration with measurement.
Commenting on his previous experience as an OAA Jury member, Jignesh said “Across years I have seen a lot of commendable work which has been showcased to us and being associated with OAA gives a lot of insights and learnings to the brand marketers as well”.
