Ocean Outdoor partners with Discovery & Team GB to bring Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 action to DOOH screens
World class action from the 26 venues hosting the Beijing Olympics, which begins on February 4 and lasts for 17 days, will be shown in 20 second packages throughout each day
Premium DOOH media owner Ocean Outdoor will carry daily highlights provided by Discovery/Eurosport from the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 across 36 of its large format full motion screens in 11 cities this month.
Clips of all the best sporting action and medal winning moments will be delivered by Eurosport as Ocean again partners with Discovery, the only place to watch all the action from Beijing 2022, with 1,200 hours of live coverage across its linear and digital platforms, including discovery+, Eurosport and Eurosport app.
The deal follows a successful partnership with Discovery during Tokyo 2020 and builds on Ocean’s official long term media partnership with Team GB, now in its eighth year.
World class action from the 26 venues hosting the Beijing Olympics, which begins on February 4 and lasts for 17 days, will be shown in 20 second packages throughout each day starting with action from the curling events on February 5.
Ocean’s partnership with Discovery will deliver 16 million adult impacts across its large format portfolio during the period of the Games. The Eurosport clips will appear on screens in Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Norwich, Nottingham, Bournemouth and across eight locations in Westfield Stratford City, Westfield London and Canary Wharf.
