Danapur Railway Division under the East Central Railway of the Indian Railways invites tender for information display of current train timings and other railway messages and commercial advertisement on 50:50 time slot sharing basis after the installation of some 37 LED Display Boards at Patna junction. The contract has been awarded for a period of 5 years.
This type of open tender has been invited to reputed and experienced firms or advertisers or companies, who shall produce certificate of experience (if any) and certificates regarding average annual turnover during the last three financial year — 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18. The earnest money of this tender is Rs 37,900 and the advertised value is Rs 3,56,240. The ranking order of the single packet system of bidding is from highest to lowest, where the tenderer will have to quote the rate more than the reserve price of the 1st year. The license fee will have an escalation of 10% per annum after the end of the first three years of the contract over the previous year. The last date for the submission of the bid is on May 6th, which is also the opening date for tender and the cost of the tender document is Rs 2000, available under https://www.ireps.gov.in/
