Tanishq creates AR experience for women flyers at Delhi, Bengaluru airports

Tanishq took one step further to be more accessible to its customers by creating AR experience at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi and Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru urging women travellers to ‘Try and Buy’ at the airport departure zones.

Created by Dentsu Aegis Network’s Milestone Brandcom, the AOR agency for Titan Company Ltd, the objective was to engage frequent women travelers at the Bengaluru and Delhi airports through an interactive kiosk showcasing their range of products through interactive augment realty. The activity area was turned into a showstopper located in the middle of the canyon area.

With this technological advancement, customers got the option of ‘Try and Buy’ – trying out the jewelry virtually looking at the AR screen. Also, consumers were given the option of browsing through multiple jewelry pieces virtually with just one click. 

Sharing her thoughts on the launch of AR experience, Deepika Tewari, Associate Vice President, Marketing, Jewellery Division at Titan Company Limited said, “Tanishq has always aimed at providing the best for our customers and this fascinating initiative of AR experience is one such approach to achieving that objective. Consumers have the option of browsing through multiple jewellery pieces virtually with just one click, try, and buy.
