Samsung sees digital opportunities in Tier I & II airports
The global major to actively look at Tier I & II airports across the country to deploy its digital display products
Global digital signage major Samsung sees Tier I & II airports as major avenues to deploy its wide range of digital display products. The company has already forayed into large airports – Delhi and Mumbai. In an exclusive conversation with Media4Growth, Puneet Sethi, Vice President, Consumer Electronics Enterprise Business, Samsung India, said, “Since the government is pushing digitalisation and we can witness it happening, there is a lot of requirement coming for larger screens in those markets.”
He added, “For firms with investment constraints, panel video walls are an option. Otherwise the best choice is LED. In fact, people are shifting to LEDs that offer seamless, brighter display.”
Talking further about the market shift, Puneet shared, “We have gone a step ahead by introducing seamless large LED screens and this has happened due to the market shift and customer preference.”
